Army flyer Lt. James Robbins plans to fly his famous endurance plane, "The Spirit of '76" from Los Angeles to Hawaii -- with his trusted canine companion, Flash, in tow. His plan fails however when he gets caught in a deadly storm somewhere over the Pacific Ocean. Now Robbins and Flash must brave the "abandoned" island. Will Robbins and Flash make it back alive?
