Blob Blob Fish, arguably the ugliest and most bloated creature on earth, becomes the nickname for young James who struggles with obesity, his self-worth and confidence are nearly shattered. This documentary shot over seven months, chronicles James Allen and four other patients Jack DiCampli, Sinead Ferguson , Keith and Melissa Allenwho who have all historically had unsuccessful results of maintaining a healthy lifestyle using traditional medicine.
